By accessing or using ArticleBack, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including organisations submitting content and visitors reading published articles.

2. Account Registration

To submit articles, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each organisation may maintain one account and one organisational profile. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Content Submission

By submitting content to ArticleBack, you represent that you have the right to publish the content and grant us a licence to display it, the content is original and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, the content does not contain misleading, defamatory, or harmful material, and any external links are to legitimate, relevant resources.

4. Editorial Review

All submitted articles are subject to our editorial review process. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request modifications to any submission at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed. We may use automated tools to assist our editorial team, but all final decisions are made by human reviewers.

5. Links & Attribution

ArticleBack allows organisations to include external links within their articles. The editorial team determines whether links are marked as dofollow or nofollow. We make no guarantees regarding the impact of published links on search engine rankings or domain authority. Link types may be changed at any time at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your submitted content. By publishing on ArticleBack, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform and associated channels. The ArticleBack platform, branding, and technology remain our exclusive property.

7. Subscription & Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Plan details, pricing, and limits are as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to submit content solely for the purpose of link manipulation, use automated tools to submit or manage content without authorisation, misrepresent your identity or organisational affiliation, attempt to circumvent our editorial review process, or use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

ArticleBack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that published content will achieve any particular result, including search engine rankings or referral traffic. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services in the preceding twelve months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your unpublished content will be deleted. Published content may remain on the platform unless you request its removal.
